This year, Torggler was honoured as the best employer among companies with more than 100 employees. The Top Company Award 2022 was recently conferred by Business Pool GmbH together with the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce and the Autonomous Province at a special event.

Heinrich Prünster, Human Resources Manager at Torggler is proud of the award: “Despite major reorganisations and challenges such as the Covid-19 and raw materials crisis, we have gained 20 points in employee satisfaction, the APL Index, since 2019.”

The APL Index is not determined by a committee of experts, but by a scientifically conducted employee survey.

The result shows that we have done many things right in the areas of corporate management, HR and organisational development in recent years, Prünster continues.

The company has managed to constantly develop and face the new challenges of the market, because it’s no coincidence that it can look back on a history of more than 157 years. Torggler, with its headquarters in Marling and branches in Rieti in central Italy, Oberhaching outside Munich and Zgierz in Poland, produces over 250 different high-quality technical building materials.
