• Mat appearance skim coat based on siloxane resins in water emulsion, pigments, selected particle size grits and specific additives;
• Due to its strong water repellency, it hinders the penetration of rainwater while, at the same time, the microporous structure allows moisture in the wall to be disposed of externally in the form of vapour without damage to the coating itself;
• It has excellent adhesion on all types of old or new lime, cement substrates and on old paint, provided they have been properly consolidated;
• Particularly suitable for industrial environments and marine climates;
• Its characteristics make it suitable, when applied in two coats, for use as a finishing coating on thermal insulation systems;
• It contains special film preservatives, which give the coating preventive protection against the formation of algae and fungi;
• Product complying with DIN 18558;
• White and colours can be achieved with the tintometric system;
